This delivery protection service is offered to all customers located within the USA. Magic Candle CompanyÂŽ will reship an order or product for customers who elect to add our delivery protection service and has a package that has been deemed lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
How Do I Get Magic Delivery Protection For My Order?
Magic Delivery Protection is automatically added to all orders at checkout. Customers may elect not to get our delivery protection service simply by removing the product from their cart or by moving the slider next to this service located in the shopping cart to the Off position.
How Much Does Magic Delivery Protection Cost?
Magic Delivery Protection cost only $1.99 no matter the cost of the order.
How Do I File A Claim If My Package Is Lost, Stolen Or Damaged?
Customers who believe their package is lost or stolen can simply email us at info@magiccandlecompany.com or click the Contact Us tab in the sidebar to open a claim after 48 hours from the date of delivery according to the tracking number provided. If the package has not shown up after 48 hours from the time of delivery, we will file a claim with the shipper and reship your order for you. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) in your email and we will replace your damaged items quickly.
If I Get Magic Delivery Protection For My Order And It Is Lost, Stolen Or Damaged, Can I Get A Refund Instead Of A Replacement Shipment?
Magic Delivery Protection provides customers who elect to add this service to their order with a one-time, replacement shipment only in the event that an order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Magic Delivery Protection does not grant customers who elected to add this service the option of a refund instead of a replacement shipment. If a customer prefers a refund over a replacement shipment in the event that their shipment was lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, a claim would still need to be made with the shipping company first and a refund will be issued upon the approval of the claim by the carrier as noted in our Terms and Conditions. The shipping carriers we use, particularly USPS and FedEx, state that they do not approve claims for packages that are deemed to have been stolen after being delivered as noted by their terms of service.
What If I Didn't Get Magic Delivery Protection For My Order And Their Was An Issue In Transit?
By choosing not to get Magic Delivery Protection for your order at checkout, Magic Candle CompanyÂŽ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged shipments as noted in our Terms and Conditions however we will do our best to assist our customers when a package has an issue in transit by filing a claim for the customer directly with the shipping carrier. If and when the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued. The shipping carriers we use, particularly USPS and FedEx, state that they do not approve claims for packages that are deemed to have been stolen after being delivered as noted by their terms of service.
Does Magic Delivery Protection Apply To International Orders?
Magic Delivery Protection only applies to domestic shipments within the USA. If our Magic Delivery Protection service was added to an order that was shipped internationally, please contact us for a refund of this service. Also, please be aware that if an order was originally shipped domestically and the customer is no longer in the United States to receive a replacement shipment and has Magic Delivery Protection added, we would still need to file a claim with the carrier in order to process a refund or replacement order.

Exchanges
Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return the product to us. Once we receive a return, we will inspect the product and the refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. Please note that shipping is not refundable.
