Refund policy

If a customer finds that they do not like the scent or product they ordered, we offer to replace the product with a new item of equal value at no additional cost to the customer. If the customer prefers a return instead of a replacement product, we do accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order (determined by the tracking number provided). Customers are required to cover the shipping cost to return their order back to us. Once we receive the return, we will inspect the product and, upon our approval, the refund will be issued minus the cost of shipping. If an order is returned to sender due to an issue with the shipping address and the customer prefers a refund instead of a new shipment, only the product is refundable. Any additional services added at checkout as well as the cost of shipping is not refundable once an order has shipped.
